Patrick W. Noble, founder of Ceniza Capital, has over 18 years experience in Real Estate Finance and consulting, having spent several years with E&Y's management consulting group in Dallas, Texas and L. J. Melody & Co's Austin office. During his experience, he has completed over 200 financing engagements and consulted on over $1 billion worth of real estate throughout Texas and the Southwest. During this time Pat has provided debt and/or equity to facilitate the acquisition, development and refinancing of retail, office, industrial, multifamily and manufactured housing properties. Engagements have ranged in size from $1,000,000 to $50,000,000 with both private and institutional clients.
